Put all the ingredients (except the honey) in a blender and mix well. Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
Heat a greased small pan. Pour a ladle of batter into it (it should be on high heat). Once many holes have formed, reduce the heat slightly. Let the pancake cook until done (without flipping it over).
These pancakes are served with honey on top and a nice mint tea.
