Preparation
Put all the ingredients (except the honey) in a blender and mix well. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Heat a greased little pan. Pour a laddle of batter in it (it should be on high heat). Once there are a lot of little holes, put the heat on medium. Leave the pancake until it is cooked (without flipping it over).
Those are served with honey on top of it, with a nice mint tea.
