1.2 cup semolina (for dessert)

3/4 cup flour

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking powder

0.5 oz fresh yeast

2 cups water

  • Step 1 - Baghrirs, the Moroccan pancakes
Put all the ingredients (except the honey) in a blender and mix well. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
  • Step 2 - Baghrirs, the Moroccan pancakes

  • Step 3 - Baghrirs, the Moroccan pancakes
Those are served with honey on top of it, with a nice mint tea.

    There you are!
