- Mix the warm milk, the egg yolks, the vanilla and the melted butter together.
- Mix the flour and the baking powder together and add them to the previous mix.
- Whisk the egg whites until they for peaks and add them gently to the batter.
- Fill the pan with the batter whithout greasing it and cover. Cook it 20 min at low heat. Verify if it's cooked with a toothpick.
- Top it with some butter and maple syrup !
