- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut the bananas into slices and then mash them with a fork.
- Add almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, olive oil and cider vinegar and mix.
- Gradually add rice flour and mix.
- Pour the batter in a mould.
- Cut 1/2 banana into slices (or cut a banana in half lenghtwise) and place it on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are ! Your banana bread is ready !
Observations
You can add 1 tsp cinnamon or 1 tsp nutmeg to the batter. Do not hesitate to add fruits like blackberries or chocolate chunks to the batter ;-)
