  • Banana bread - sugar free, gluten free, vegan - Preparation step 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut the bananas into slices and then mash them with a fork.

Observations

You can add 1 tsp cinnamon or 1 tsp nutmeg to the batter. Do not hesitate to add fruits like blackberries or chocolate chunks to the batter ;-)
