1 white cake mix and ingredients listed on box

1 small (3oz) package of Jello

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

1 small container (8oz) whipped topping


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Make and bake cake according to package directions in a 9x13 pan.
  • Cool cake. Poke cake all over with a large utility fork.
  • Stir Jello and boiling water in a bowl until dissolved.
  • Then stir in cold water.
  • Pour all over cake letting Jello drizzle into the holes.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours. Frost with whipped topping and enjoy. Store covered in fridge.
