  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Chop the banana & into small cubes.
  • Heat ghee in non stick sauce pan add banana chunks and saute till it turns to golden brown colour.
  • Beat the eggs,milk and sugar with hand blender until light and fluffy. Add the fried banana chunks,raw cashews,raisins and combine well.
  • Smear the pan with banana butter and pour the batter into pan and spread evenly.
  • Place it in the oven's middle rack and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean or it starts to turn golden on the top.
  • Take it out and transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fried cashews and raisins and raspberry or any desired fruit of your choice. Serve hot & enjoy!
