Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Chop the banana & into small cubes.
Heat ghee in non stick sauce pan add banana chunks and saute till it turns to golden brown colour.
Beat the eggs,milk and sugar with hand blender until light and fluffy. Add the fried banana chunks,raw cashews,raisins and combine well.
Smear the pan with banana butter and pour the batter into pan and spread evenly.
Place it in the oven's middle rack and bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick in the center comes out clean or it starts to turn golden on the top.
Take it out and transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fried cashews and raisins and raspberry or any desired fruit of your choice. Serve hot & enjoy!
