The cake:

190 g margarine

9 dl wheat flour (I mix Graham and white flour)

4.5 dl oat milk (or mineral water)

Apple juice to moisten (about 1 dl)


2 soymilk dl

75 g of margarine (or 50 g of coconut butter)

2.5 tablespoons potato flour

1 tablespoon sugar

Vanilla pod Piece

Salt (just a pinch)


500 g strawberries

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon of flowers and leaves bad pineapple herbs


  • Chop the pineapple weed. Mix the dry ingredients together and shrubs with margarine.
  • Add milk, carefully. Pour into a buttered cake pan and put in oven at 200 ° C for as long as necessary (45 minutes).
  • Let the cake cool slightly and turn it over to a sweet parchment paper.
  • When the cake has completely cooled cut into layers.
  • Moist with apple juice. Crush the topping ingredients with a fork.
  • Spread between layers of cake and refrigerate.
  • For the icing, heat up more milk, margarine, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
  • Allow the mixture to a boil and remove from heat. Mix the potato flour and the rest of the milk.
  • Mix the two together. Refrigerate. When the glaze has cooled completely, continue whisking in a frothy cream.
  • It must be thick enough to spread over the cake as such and can pipe if you cool again.
  • Let the juice in the cold cake before serving.
  • Decorate with strawberries or pineapple bad herbs.
