Strawberry cake mansikkatäytekakku

Ingredients

The cake:

• 190 g margarine
• 9 dl wheat flour (I mix Graham and white flour)
• 5.25 teaspoons of baking powder
• Sugar 3.4 dl
• 4.5 dl oat milk (or mineral water)
• 1 tablespoon of flowers and leaves bad pineapple herbs
• Apple juice to moisten (about 1 dl)

Icing:

• 2 soymilk dl
• 75 g of margarine (or 50 g of coconut butter)
• 2.5 tablespoons potato flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Vanilla pod Piece
• Salt (just a pinch)

Filling:

• 500 g strawberries
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon of flowers and leaves bad pineapple herbs
