Strawberry sorbet

Ingredients

• 2 cups sliced strawberries
• 1/3 cup orange honey
• 3/4 cup water
• juice of one lime
• 1/4 cup strawberry syrup

Preparation

• Heat the water and honey in a saucepan, just until the honey melts.
• Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
• Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes and then freezer in your ice cream maker.
