Vanilla custard, a quick and simple recipe
This classic dessert can give a smile to anyone when a meal ends :)
Preparation

Boil the milk with the sliced vanilla bean and its seeds.

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, until it gets creamy and white. Add the corn starch and mix well.

Once the milk has boiled, gradually add it to the previous mix, and put it back on the heat. Thicken this on medium heat, stirring constantly.

When the cream gets thick enough (it will get thicker when cooling down), pour it in the serving ramekins. Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

There you are, your vanilla custard is ready!
