Cut the watermelon in half. Make watermelon balls using a melon spoon. Refrigerate the balls.
Gut the watermelon using a spoon until you see the white layer of the peal. Transfer into a blender (you'll need to do this many times, the entire watermelon will not fit into your blender).
Add the rosé wine into the blender and blend until well combined. Sieve the cocktail and pour it into a large bowl. Freeze the bowl for about 1 night to make a granita.
Remove from freezer and scratch the surface to make the granita. Transfer into the watermelon bowls !
Decorate with the watermelon balls and fresh mint or mini umbrellas ! :-)
Observations
How to reduce alcohol in my cocktail?
Buy a larger watermelon to reduce the amount of alcohol (you can also use less wine).
