White sangria - sangria with white wine

The red wine sangria is well-known for aperitifs. But have you ever tried the one with white wine? Just as refreshing and easy to make, it will bring color and sunshine to your aperitif. Garnished with a variety of fresh fruits, this cocktail will smell like summer! Bonus: our "surprise" ice cubes made of strawberries and mint leaves. Guaranteed success! Cut the small strawberries in half. Remove the small mint leaves. Cut the orange and lime into slices. Cut the strawberries and apricots into quarters. Chill the lemonade.
In an ice cube tray, place the halved small strawberries and the mint leaves. Cover with water and freeze for at least 2 hours to form the ice cubes.
In a large bowl, mix the dry white wine with the brown sugar. Add the slices of lime and orange, along with the quarters of strawberry and apricot. Mix and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add the lemonade to the previous mixture and stir.
Serve with the ice cubes and some fresh mint leaves, and cheers!
Observations
You can add other small red fruits to your ice cubes!
You can replace apricots with nectarines, peaches, or plums.
