Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
1 puff pastry

20 gr butter

2 Tbsp brown sugar

800 gr apricots

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Easy apricot tart
    Unroll the pastry sheet. Melt the butter and apply it on the puff pastry (leaving a 1 cm border). Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp brown sugar.
  • Step 2 - Easy apricot tart
    Halve the apricots, core them and cut them into 4 slices then arrange them side by side. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar on top.
  • Step 3 - Easy apricot tart
    Bake the tart during 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  • Step 4 - Easy apricot tart
    That's it !
