Fudge with nuts

This fudge is super easy to prepare, doesn't need too much ingredients, too much time to prepare, and they're gluten free !


Number of serving: 6
100 gr nuts (3.5 oz)

200 gr chocolate (7 oz)

200 gr condensed milk (1 cup)

1 Tbsp vanilla extract


Gratin dish


  • Step 1 - Fudge with nuts
    Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C).
    Put the nuts on a baking paper and bake them 15 minutes. Crush them with a knife.
  • Step 2 - Fudge with nuts
    Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Remove from heat and add condensed milk. Mix well. Add vanilla extract and stir. Then add the nuts and stir well.
  • Step 3 - Fudge with nuts
    Pour this mix in a gratin dish with baking paper. Spread it well and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours (during a night).
  • Step 4 - Fudge with nuts
    Cut some slices and that's it !
