- Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast the hazelnuts in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
- Cool the hazelnuts (about 15 minutes) then roll them under your hands to peel them easily. Melt the milk chocolate.
- Place the roasted and peeled hazelnuts, melted milk chocolate, vegetable oil, icing sugar, unsweetened cocoa and salt in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth paste.
- Pour the dough into an airtight container and it's ready!
