- 1 chopper/mixer/blender
- parchment paper
- 1 airtight container
Preparation
Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roast the hazelnuts in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
Cool the hazelnuts (about 15 minutes) then roll them under your hands to peel them easily. Melt the milk chocolate.
Place the roasted and peeled hazelnuts, melted milk chocolate, vegetable oil, icing sugar, unsweetened cocoa and salt in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth paste.
Pour the dough into an airtight container and it's ready!
