Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1/2 cup almond milk (or hazelnut milk)

2 tsbp corn starch

1/3 cup almond milk

2 tbsp hazelnut butter

1 tsp cocoa

crushed hazelnuts

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Hazelnut cream - Vegan and gluten free dessert
    Dilute the corn starch in 1/2 cup almond milk.
  • Step 2 - Hazelnut cream - Vegan and gluten free dessert
    Warm up 1/3 cup almond milk and add the diluted corn starch. add the hazelnut butter and the cocoa powder.
  • Step 3 - Hazelnut cream - Vegan and gluten free dessert
    Whisk at medium heat until it thickens. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4 - Hazelnut cream - Vegan and gluten free dessert
    Pour the batter in ramekins and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts. Refrigerate one hour.
  • Step 5 - Hazelnut cream - Vegan and gluten free dessert
    There you are ! Dessert is ready !
