Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
If you're craving for snickers we have a recipe for you ! It's vegan and gluten free so don't worry if you follow one of thiese diets.

Preparation
- Soak the dates in warm water during 10 minutes.
- "Caramel" :
Blend drained dates + peanut butter + yogurt. - "Dough" :
Blend rolled oats + almond flour + 2 tbsp caramel (step 2) until well combined. - Put the dough in a mold with parchment paper.
- Pour the caramel on top and spread it well.
- Sprinkle some peanuts and press on them.
- Freeze during 1h30 min. Unmold and cut some sticks (about 2 cm wide).
- Melt the chocolate and then dip the sticks in the melted chocolate.
- Put the bars on a grid and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
