If you're craving for snickers we have a recipe for you ! It's vegan and gluten free so don't worry if you follow one of thiese diets.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4

"Caramel" :

150 gr stoned dates

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp almond milk

1 tbsp soy yogurt


"Dough" :

80 gr rolled oats

2 tbsp almond powder

peanuts

150 gr chocolate

Preparation

  • Soak the dates in warm water during 10 minutes.
  • "Caramel" :
    Blend drained dates + peanut butter + yogurt.
  • "Dough" :
    Blend rolled oats + almond flour + 2 tbsp caramel (step 2) until well combined.
  • Step 4 - Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
    Put the dough in a mold with parchment paper.
  • Step 5 - Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
    Pour the caramel on top and spread it well.
  • Step 6 - Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
    Sprinkle some peanuts and press on them.
  • Step 7 - Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
    Freeze during 1h30 min. Unmold and cut some sticks (about 2 cm wide).
  • Step 8 - Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
    Melt the chocolate and then dip the sticks in the melted chocolate.
  • Step 9 - Homemade snickers - vegan and gluten free
    Put the bars on a grid and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
