Chicken and gorgonzola pasta
For a simple and healthy meal, we love to make chicken pasta. Add some gorgonzola to level up your meal !

Cut the chicken and gorgonzola into slices and chop the shallot. Stir the shallot in an hot pan with olive oil. Add the chicken and stir.
When the chicken is cooked, add the white wine and cook 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat.
Pour the cream in a pot, add gorgonzola, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes stiring occasionally.
Cook your pasta for 10 minutes in a large pot with salted boiling water. Then, remove from heat and drain.
After 10 minutes, add the chicken in the gorgonzola sauce. Add some chopped walnuts, combine and remove from heat.
Combine the pasta with the sauce and there you are, your meal is ready !
