Chicken and gorgonzola pasta
For a simple and healthy meal, we love to make chicken pasta. Add some gorgonzola to level up your meal !

- Cut the chicken and gorgonzola into slices and chop the shallot. Stir the shallot in an hot pan with olive oil. Add the chicken and stir.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the white wine and cook 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat.
- Pour the cream in a pot, add gorgonzola, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes stiring occasionally.
- Cook your pasta for 10 minutes in a large pot with salted boiling water. Then, remove from heat and drain.
- After 10 minutes, add the chicken in the gorgonzola sauce. Add some chopped walnuts, combine and remove from heat.
- Combine the pasta with the sauce and there you are, your meal is ready !
