Preparation
Boil the milk. Then, add the cod and cook it for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, keep the milk. Cut the fish into pieces, taking the bones out.
In a pan, fry the minced onion in some olive oil. Then, add the cod pieces, and the flour. Stir.
Add one third of the milk, and stir. When it gets thicker, add the second third of the mik, and keep going until you used all the milk. When the mix is thick, take out of the heat.
Peel and cut in dices the potatoes. Cook them in hot frying oil. You shouldn't fry them, only cook them.
Mix together the potatoes and the cod mix, and put it into a greased dish.
Pour the cream on it, and put grated cheese on it.
Bake for 35 minutes at 360°F.
