Grind the 'to grind' ingredients into smooth paste and keep aside.
In a wok, heat oil, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a min. Now add chilly powder and stir for 1/2 a min.
Now add the ground paste and fry till oil separates. Finally add garam masala, pepper powder, boiled egg, salt, green chillies slit lengthwise and stir for a min.
