2 Quarts water
3 cups diced
potatoes

carrots
diced
2 Tablespoons
parsley
3/4 cups
celery
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 large onions
2 Tablespoons green pepper
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
6 whole allspice
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
Brown hamburger in large pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve and enjoy!
