Hamburger soup (slow cooker)

Ingredients

• 1.5 lb hamburger
• 1 onion diced
• 4 ribs celery
• 4 carrots
• 4 medium to large potatoes peeled and cubed
• 4-5 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
• 2 cans stewed tomatoes
• 4 cups water
• 3/4-1 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 bag mixed vegetables

Preparation

• Brown hamburger and onion and drain. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker except for frozen mixed vegetables.
• Add vegetables about 2 hours before that it is cooked. Total cooking time is 6-7 hours.
