Super simple mushroom, ham, and parsley omelette

There are recipes you can never get tired of... This is clearly the case with omelettes! Here, we offer you a version with mushrooms, ham, and freshly chopped parsley on top before serving. A simple and effective meal to accompany with a mixed salad on days when you're not feeling inspired ;-)

- Wash and slice the mushrooms.
Peel and chop the garlic clove into small pieces.
Sauté these two ingredients in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Set aside. - In a bowl, crack the 4 eggs and mix them with a fork along with the cream, salt, and pepper.
Next, cut the slice of ham into pieces. - In a pan over medium heat, pour in your omelette mixture.
When the edges of your omelette start to lift from the pan and the top is still moist and creamy, add the mushroom and garlic mixture, followed by the ham pieces. - If you prefer a runny omelette, an extra minute of cooking will suffice; otherwise, let it cook for a few more minutes.
- Once you have placed your omelette on a plate, sprinkle some fresh chopped parsley on top, and there you go! Enjoy your meal!
