- Wash and cut the mushrooms into strips.
Peel and cut the garlic clove into little slices.
Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a hot pan and cook the mushrooms and garlic clove for about 5 minutes. Set aside. - Combine eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Cut the ham into slices.
- Cook the omelette batter in a pan on medium heat.
When the borders of your omelette begin to unstick the pan, pour the mushrooms, garlic and ham slices. - You can continue to cook your omelette as you like it : raw or cooked !
- Serve and sprinkle some choped parsley on top ! Bon appétit !
