French omelette with mushrooms, ham and parsley

Preparation

  • Wash and cut the mushrooms into strips.
    Peel and cut the garlic clove into little slices.
    Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a hot pan and cook the mushrooms and garlic clove for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Combine eggs with cream, salt and pepper. Cut the ham into slices.
  • Cook the omelette batter in a pan on medium heat.
    When the borders of your omelette begin to unstick the pan, pour the mushrooms, garlic and ham slices.
  • You can continue to cook your omelette as you like it : raw or cooked !
  • Serve and sprinkle some choped parsley on top ! Bon app├ętit !
