  • Wash and soak moongdal in water for 1 hr. Chop cabbage to fine pieces. Take water in a bowl and allow to boil. Add cabbage to hot water and take it out in a minute. Drain water from it. Take a wide bowl, add cabbage, soaked moong dal, chopped green chilly, salt and fresh lemon juice. Mix well and serve with coriander sprinklings.
