Sloppy joes style burger

This is an American recipe. A different kind of burger, without mayonnaise, lettuce, pickles, or cheese. But it doesn't need any of that; the flavorful filling pairs perfectly with the milk bun. Some may recognize it from the movie 'It Takes Two.' You'll want to make it again and again! :D

Mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion, and red pepper in the butter.
Once the onion is translucent, add the ground beef, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until the beef is cooked. When it's done, pour in the tomato sauce we prepared earlier.
Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
On the other hand, toast the inside of the brioche buns.
Fill the buns with the meat sauce and you're done! Enjoy it with coleslaw, a salad, or fries!
Observations
* You can serve it with a salad, potato wedges, fries, or, like Americans do, coleslaw.
* You can also omit some ingredients from the sauce if you can't find them, but it won't taste the same.
