  • Cut meat/ lamb in cube into bite size,set aside
    In the pestle or food processor ground,coriander seeds,garlic,shallot and ginger until minced/grounded.
    Add sweet soy sauce and olive oil sat and pepper,pour into the meat,and let them marinade about 1- 2 hours.Soak bamboo skewers in cold water.
    Thread lamb into bamboo skewers.
    Grill about 4-5 minutes on each side or until done.
  • Serve with the side of rice or rice cube/ketupat with simple sweet soy sauce mixed with thinly sliced chili, if you like.
