  • Into the minced chicken, add 3/4 of the spring onions, cornflour, black pepper powder, light soy sauce and ginger juice.
  • Mix all together. When oil is heated, fry the garlic and 1 tablespoons of the minced chicken for about 5 minutes.
  • Add water as well as salt and chicken granules. Let it come to a boiling point.
  • Drop small portions of the prepared minced chicken inside and cook until the chicken floats on top.
  • Off the heat, add the cabbage and the onion leaves. Give a good stir before serving.
