- 600 g cooked rice

- 2 tablespoons Indonesian sweet soy sauce

- 1 tomato -- diced

- 100 gr cabbage -- sliced

- 3 eggs

- Chicken breast fillet (optional)

- Spring onion -- sliced

- Salt and pepper to season

- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil

To grind:

- 4 cloves garlic

- 1 onion

- 4 candlenuts

- Chilies to your desire


Step 1

Use a fork to separate rice grains.

Step 2

Beat the eggs, season well. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, make scramble egg. Set aside.

Step 3

Fry the chicken breast fillet and when it's cool enough, shred. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat the oil then sauté the grind paste until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and sweet soy sauce, cook until the tomatoes dry.

Step 5

Add shredded chicken, scramble egg, sliced cabbage, sliced parsley and the rice noodle.

Step 6

Combine well, cook over a small flame until cooked through.

Step 7

Serve warm immediately.
