Pork Adobo sa Gata with Carnation Milk
Preparation

Clean the pork thoroughly then place pork, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper, water, and bay leaf in a sauce pan. Boil the mixture using medium heat.

Remove pork from the sauce after liquid reduced in half or until meat is tender, set aside.

Add sugar to the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and Carnation Evaporated milk. Put the meat back in the pan.

Simmer for 5 more minutes or until sauce thickens.
