• 1 Packet Lee Kum Kee Hot Pot Soup Base
• Beef, thinly sliced (similar to sukiyaki cut)
• Fish Balls
• Squid Balls
• Meat Balls
• Chinese Cabbage
• Bok Choy
• Leeks
• Snow Mushrooms
• Crabsticks

• Prepare the hot pot soup base
• Add in the fish balls, squid balls and meat balls
• Add in the beef, crab sticks and vegetables
• Let it boil until the beef and vegetables change color
