Spiro dogs - homemade hot dogs

An easy recipe to make hot dogs at home ! Are you ready?

- Put flour + salt + sugar in a bowl and form a hole. Put the yeast in it. Add milk + water (at room temperature) and knead at medium speed during a few minutes.
- Add the softened butter gradually while kneading. When the butter is well combined, leave to rest during 1 hour at room temperature.
- Divide the dough in 6 equal balls. Form rectangles with the dough on a floured surface. Try to make them larger than the wieners.
- Spread some mustard and ketchup on one side of the dough.
- Put the wiener on top of the sauce, fold the borders around the wiener and roll it all to form the hot dog. Pinch the borders to seal the hot dog.
- Put the spiro dogs on a parchment paper and brush some milk on top. Leave to rest during 1 hour at room temperature.
- Bake the hot dogs 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are, your spiro dogs are ready !
Observations
You can add cheese inside your spiro dogs if you are a cheese lover !
