We all love quiches when the summer heat is on its way! The quiche is the absolutely perfect dish to take away on a picnic, for lunch break, for an aperitif with friends or as a dish accompanied by a salad. Today we offer you a vegetarian quiche recipe made with tomatoes, feta and mustard (which goes very well with tomatoes, you'll see!). A few minutes of preparation will be enough for you, bake it in the oven and presto, a delicious quiche which can be enjoyed both hot and cold! :-)

- 1 pie dish
- 1 whisk (or fork)
- 1 brush (or spoon)
Preparation
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into slices. Crumble the feta.
- Using a whisk, mix the eggs and milk with a little salt and pepper.
- Unroll the pie crust in the pie dish. Spread the Dijon mustard, olive oil, dried rosemary, garlic powder and salt and pepper over the base of the quiche using a pastry brush.
- Arrange the tomato slices on top (keep the best slices for the top). Sprinkle with crumbled feta. Add the egg+milk batter.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- And there you are! This quiche is as good cold as it is hot!
