Preparation
- Make a smooth paste out of ginger and garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tamarind paste and salt.
- Marinade the fish slices in this masala for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish slices until done. Serve hot.
