Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Fish slices - 400 g

Ginger and Garlic paste - 2 tablespoons

Red chilly powder - 3 teaspoons

Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Coriander powder - 4 teaspoons

Tamarind paste - 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Make a smooth paste out of ginger and garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tamarind paste and salt.
  • Marinade the fish slices in this masala for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish slices until done. Serve hot.
