- After washing the potatoes, cook them for about 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, soak the skewers in cold water. This trick will prevent your skewers from burning during baking ;-) - Wrap each potato with a slice of bacon and secure it with a skewer.
- Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Your potato and bacon skewers are ready to enjoy!
