The perfect side dish for your meats and fish! Until now, we used to buy them pre-made, but we quickly realized that these bundles are super easy to make! For this, you only need two ingredients: green beans and slices of bacon. For the rest, just follow our steps below ↓

  • Wash the green beans, remove the stalks, and cook them in boiling salted water for 12-15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, soak your toothpicks in a bowl of cold water. This step will prevent them from burning during baking.
  • Cut the bacon slices in half (across the middle, not lengthwise).
    Take 12 green beans and wrap them with half a slice of bacon, then secure everything with a toothpick. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
  • Place your bundles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
    And there you have it, your bundles are ready!
