3.5 oz bacon


3.5 oz grated cheese

0.5 cup cream

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Stuffed potatoes with bacon and cheese
    Wrap your potatoes in aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 2 - Stuffed potatoes with bacon and cheese
    Cook the onion in olive oil and add bacon when your onion is translucent. When the bacon is cooked too, set aside.
  • Step 3 - Stuffed potatoes with bacon and cheese
    Scoop out the flesh of the potatoes leaving a shell that is about 1/4 inch thick. Mix potato flesh with bacon, onion, cream, cheese and chives. Season to taste.
  • Step 4 - Stuffed potatoes with bacon and cheese
    Fill the potatoes with the stuffing. Bake for 15 min at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 5 - Stuffed potatoes with bacon and cheese
    There you are, sprinkle some chopped chives on top !
