Rice sevai

Boiled vegetables (carrots,beans,peas)

Boiled lentils-Black channa/chickpea and horsegram/kollu


Cumin seeds

Curry leaves

Green chillies

Oil -1 teaspoon

Salt to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan and put in the seasonings.
  • When it splutters add the boiled veggies, boiled lentils,
    rice sevai and salt.
  • Mix well and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve as a snack / breakfast dish.
