- Heat oil in a pan and put in the seasonings.
- When it splutters add the boiled veggies, boiled lentils,
rice sevai and salt. - Mix well and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve as a snack / breakfast dish.
