Yoshida chicken wings

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place frozen chicken wings in a 9x13 pan and season with season salt.
- Cook wings until mostly cooked, about a half hour.
- Place chicken wings in large pot and cover with Yoshida sauce. Boil for a half hour or until sauce coats wings.

Really simple and excellent instructions. 5 Stars for base recipe -- this is now my favorite way to prep/cook wings. Meat texture was perfect and not falling apart.
When I boiled with the Yoshida, I added half a naval orange (crushed out the juice and added the segment remains), some ginger and lemongrass paste, and some Sriracha.
