A delicious biscuit coconut, not too complicated to make and taste with any hot beverage.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Maida / Plain flour - 150 g

Sugar Powder - 100 g

Butter (unsalted) - 100 g

Coconut Dry Shredded - 60 g

Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Cardamom Powder - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Preparation

  • Cream sugar and butter till fluffy. Add maida, coconut, baking powder and cardamom powder mix well.
  • Knead to a soft doughDivide the dough into small squares or cut into desired shape.
  • On top of raisins on each biscuitPlace the biscuits on a greased baking tray.
  • Bake at 320 degrees F (160°C ) for about 15 minutes.
