Stir-fried spicy sea snails aka balitong

Ingredients

• 300 gm sea snails/ balitong- washed and cleaned
• 2 - 2.5 tablespoon of olive oil/ vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon of dried prawn soaked and pounded fine
• 1 sprig curry leaves

Spice ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon chilli paste
• 2 shallots
• 2 garlic
• 1 tablespoon of fish curry powder
• 1 tablespoon tom yam paste
• Seasoning
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon of anchovies /ikan bilis stock granules
• 2 tablespoons of water
