If you have stale bread (or croissants, brioches...), now you know what to do with it ! Don't throw it ! AN easy recipe with only 5 ingredients !

Ingredients

Number of serving: 12
9 oz stale bread (or brioche/croissants)

3 cups milk

1/3 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla sugar

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Pudding
    Cut your stale bread into pieces and put them in a bowl. Pour milk on it and leave to rest during 30 minutes.
  • Step 2 - Pudding
    Blend the milk and bread until smooth.
  • Step 3 - Pudding
    Add sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and mix well.
  • Step 4 - Pudding
    Pour the batter in a greased mold.
  • Step 5 - Pudding
    Bake your pudding during 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 6 - Pudding
    There you are, your pudding is ready !
