Cocoa viennese cookies

Mix the softened butter with the icing sugar and cocoa powder.
Then add the egg white and mix well.
Finish with the flour, and mix until you have a smooth dough.
Using a piping bag, form small cookies on a baking tray. Sprinkle each cookie with hazelnut powder.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
And there you have it, your cocoa Viennese cookies are ready!
Observations
For plain Viennese cookies, remove the cocoa :) And dip half in melted dark chocolate to recreate the famous Spritz from Delacre!
No piping bag? No worries! Use a freezer bag with a corner cut off ;-)
