In a bowl, cover the walnuts with water. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let them soak overnight.
►This step makes your walnuts more digestible and also facilitates blending.Drain the walnuts and blend them. Add the dates and blend again.
Add the cocoa powder and blend again. Form small balls with the mixture (about a teaspoon each).
If desired, roll them in sesame seeds.
