Observations
How do I store air-fried salmon?
You can store it in an airtight container for up to 1 day in a cool place.
Can air-fried salmon be frozen?
Yes, but make sure it hasn't been frozen beforehand!
What can I serve salmon bites with?
You can enjoy them with rice, vegetables (they go very well with broccoli) or add them to a salad!
What to replace the sriracha with?
For a Korean version, replace the sriracha with gochujang (Korean fermented chili paste). You can also use the salmon bites in a bibimbap (see our recipe here).
You can also replace the sriracha with cayenne pepper or the chilli of your choice. Note that all chillies are different, so don't hesitate to add them a little at a time, tasting to adjust the seasoning.
