- Unroll the puff pastry. Place the chocolate bar in the center. Cut strips from each side of the tablet following the outline of the squares.
- Cut the other two ends along the length of the shelf. Remove scraps. Fold the strips towards the center, overlapping them from left to right. Brush with egg yolk.
- Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C.)
- And there you are, your chocolate braided puff pastry is ready!
