Melt the chocolate with the cream. Then melt the butter. Peel the pears, keeping the stems. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix the sugar and eggs. Add the melted chocolate and mix. Add the melted butter and mix again.
Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, flour, and baking powder, and mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased cake mold lined with parchment paper. Cut the pears in half, scoop out the center, and place them cut-side up in the mold.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Unmold by pulling on the parchment paper.
