Bean sprouts omelette

- Into a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except oil.
Drizzle a bit of oil onto a heated flat frying pan.
Using a spoon, scoop some of the egg mixture and place on the pan.
Flatten it to spread and fry to cook on both sides, with a bit of brownish color on top.
Repeat the same process for the balance of the egg mixture.
Serve once done.
