Cheesy chicken rolls

For the mix veggies:

- With a mallet or rolling pin, flatten the chicken slices.
Season with salt and pepper
At the center of each fillet, place a thick strip of cheese.
Roll up and enclose with toothpick.
Dredge the chicken rolls in flour
Dip in beaten eggs
Then roll in 1 cup Japanese Crumbs.
Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and serve with mix veggies.
