- Cook and stir the chicken in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add rice, Velveeta cheese and broccoli; cover.
- Remove from heat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir until Velveeta cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
