yummy crunchy finger food. It’s a dish as delicious titbits. Baby pomfret fish. Please DO NOT eat the centre bone as its hard. WARNING & DANGER, you have to be careful of the tiny bones, its not advisable for kids to have this dish.

Ingredients

½ kilograms baby pomfret
1 tablepoon
salt
4 Birds eye chili
5 tablespoon
soy sauce
Preparation
Clean fish and cut fins shorter.
Marinate fishes with salt.
Heat lots oil, wait till oil is hot.
Wait till oil is hot.
Throw in the baby pomfret.
Remove it once it starts to turn golden brown.
Ready to serve.
4 Birds eye chili, sliced.
5 tablespoon soy sauce.
