Mad angles to chaat

Ingredients

• Potato - 1 big size (Boiled n mashed)
• Green chutney - 2tbsps
• Sweet chutney - 1tbsp
• Tomato ketchup-1tbsp
• Cheese spread - 1tbsp
• Cream - 1tbsp
• Cucumber - 3tbsps (finely chopped)
• Nylon sev - 3tbsps
• Roasted Groundnuts - 1tbsp
• Roasted Chana - 1tbsp
• Fresh Coriander - 2tbsps (finely chopped)
• Bingo triangles
• Salt to taste
• Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
• Red chilli powder - 1/2tsp

Preparation

• Mix all ingredients together except (bingo triangles).
• Next take star nozzle piping bag & fill this mixture & keep aside.
• Arrange bingo triangles on the plate & Fill it on the triangles.
• Next top of the mixture pour little tomato ketchup & sprinkle some sev & coriander.
