Moroccan Salad with Carrot, Oranges and Pine Nuts
This dish is made of traditional Mediterranean ingredients. Interesting combination of carrots and oranges.
Preparation

Soak raisins in boiling water.

Cut carrot into slices.

Clean oranges and carve out flesh. Add raisins.

Toast pine nuts and add them to salad.

Tear mint leaves and put them to salad. Add cumin and salt.

Squeeze lemon`s juice, add honey and olive oil.

Stir and serve.
