Moroccan salad with carrot, oranges and pine nuts
This dish is made of traditional Mediterranean ingredients. Interesting combination of carrots and oranges.
Ingredients
Number of serving: 2
150 grams Golden raisins
1 table spoon
Lemon juice
½ spoon Cumin
25 ml Olive oil
Mint to taste
Sea salt to taste
Preparation
- Soak raisins in boiling water.
- Cut carrot into slices.
- Clean oranges and carve out flesh. Add raisins.
- Toast pine nuts and add them to salad.
- Tear mint leaves and put them to salad. Add cumin and salt.
- Squeeze lemon`s juice, add honey and olive oil.
- Stir and serve.
