  • Soak raisins in boiling water.
  • Cut carrot into slices.
  • Clean oranges and carve out flesh. Add raisins.
  • Toast pine nuts and add them to salad.
  • Tear mint leaves and put them to salad. Add cumin and salt.
  • Squeeze lemon`s juice, add honey and olive oil.
  • Stir and serve.
